To use Bio‑Oil Natural Skincare Oil, massage it in a circular motion on clean skin until fully absorbed. For best results, apply it twice daily for at least three months. To prevent pregnancy stretch marks, use it on targeted areas from the first trimester until after birth. Avoid mixing it with other products, as this can reduce effectiveness. If using with a moisturizer or sunscreen, apply those only after the oil has fully absorbed. For overall body use, apply after showering or bathing.
