Start using retinol once a week at night on clean, dry skin, applying it before moisturizer, and gradually increase frequency as your skin adjusts. If sensitive, mix it with moisturizer to reduce irritation and always apply SPF50+ in the morning. Avoid combining with exfoliants or acids, and after a month, you can use it every other night.
