      Format

      Heel Patches 

      Step 1 Wash and dry your feet thoroughly.
      Make sure they are completely dry for optimal adhesion.

      Step 2Remove the patch from its packaging. Peel off both paper covers on the back and the white cover in the center of the patch.

      Step 3Attach the longer side of the heel patch horizontally to the sole, then wrap the winged sides securely around the back of the heel.

      Step 4Apply the patch to the targeted area and leave it on for 2 hours. For enhanced moisturizing, apply the patch before bedtime and remove it in the morning.
