Today I have a look at some skincare products from Mary Kay* I was fortunate to have received a selection of products from the Time-Wise Range to try out. Included was the 3-in-1 Cleanser, Tone Correcting Serum, Night solution facial gel and the age-fighting moisturiser.
A big thankyou to everyone who entered the recent giveaway, and to Bump eRaiser and Waxaway for kindly donating the prize.
As we all know there can only be one winner, the winner as chosen at random by rafflecopter is displayed below:
Another month down, and half the year has gone already!!!
Here are the products I managed to use last month:
Hi Guys, today I have a review of some Bump eRaiser* products I have been trialling recently, including the exfoliating mitt and the zesty antibacterial wash.
Bump eRaiser along with Waxaway have also kindly donated a gift pack, which you can find all the details to enter after the review.
Hi Guys, today I'm going to talk about Kismet Jardin's Intensive Botanical Complex*. You may remember the brand from a few weeks ago when I reviewed the multi-tasking Hydra Gem Serum and Primer, you can find that review here
Kismet Jardin are a South Australian Brand, with a real passion for being natural and sustainable, with a strong focus on the extraction process of their ingredients to ensure we get the most benefit possible, you can read more about that here.
Hi Guys, Today I've got a few things from Rimmel* to review for you, Provocalips*, Fix and Protect Primer*, plus I've road tested the new Volume Colourist* to see if it really does tint your lashes gradually!
This is actually my first real time using Rimmel, I did receive a BB cream via The Parcel unfortunately the light shade was just too dark for me, to really give it a good try.
Hi Guys, some of you may remember the other week I posted about the beauty products I carry on flight, Today I thought i'd do a quick post about some of the purchases I made.
I was surprised with how little I actually purchased. I made 2 trips to Sephora Singapore, and came out empty handed, the first time the 20% off Black Card Sale was on, and it was so packed it was really difficult to browse, and a few things I was thinking of where out of stock. The second time I went, my kids got separation anxiety, and my husband had walked them back to out side the store, and all I could hear was them calling out for me, my 2 boys love swatching make-up so it's never a good idea to take them in, I decided to take them to Daiso and let them both pick something.
Hi Guys, Today I've got another great Australian Made and Owned product to share with you, called Boho Balm*. Boho Balm is a recently launched do it all balm which is 100% natural. The Name Boho is derived from a combination of letters from the 4 natural ingredients which make Boho Balm.
Hi Guys! Well winter is officially here! Which means another month has passed, and another lot of empties, not too many this month!
Biologique Recherche P50: This is a staple for me, I will repurchase. I touched on this in my toners and mists post.
Happy Skin Care Raindrops on Roses Hydrating Tonic, you can find my review of happy skincare here, will likely repurchase.
Byron Bay Body Wash, I really enjoyed this (and so did my generous 3 year old!!) you can find my review here
Lanolips, this lemonaid is a staple for me, already using another one, I've reviewed lanolips here.
Australis See ya later nail polish remover, this is probably one type of product, I'm not to fussed about, it worked and did the job well, I just purchase what ever nail polish remover grabs my attention at the time.
Kate Somerville Cyto Cell Eye Cream: samples x 2 this is a nice hydrating eye cream, however I didn't notice an improvement in my dark circles, (unfortunately I think only an extra hour or 2 of sleep will help!)
Dermaolgica Charcoal Rescue Masque: I got one use out of this, I'd really like to try it again before making my mind up completely.
Etude House Cushion foundation: I have reviewed this here, since I purchased this, the market has exploded with cushion foundations, I still have one last refill to use, the lure of newness is strong, so I'm keen to try some other cushion foundations.
ASAP Daily Facial Cleanser, this is a decent cleanser, I probably wouldn't purchase as I do use AHA in other products, and I'm cautious of overdoing it.
L'occitane Immortelle precious night cream, I wouldn't repurchase this, I found the scent a bit overpowering, I started using this after I experienced some immense dryness of my skin and I found it didn't really help which I had thought it would of.
A bit of a mix of empties for me this month!
Are there any products here which you have been interested in?
I love reading empties posts so if you leave your link below, I will come and check it out!

Hi Guys, Today I thought I'd share with you my inflight beauty essentials. We have just returned from almost 2 weeks away in Singapore and Bali for a few days in a Villa with our friends.
These basic products are pretty much what I routinely carry onboard with me ( the actual brands my vary slightly, depending on what is in my rotation)
These products can also get me through a day or two at a pinch if my bags take a longer route, (this has happened to me twice in the last 3 years!!!)
As a 30 something mother of 2 boys, this space was created for all things beauty and lifestyle related as a way to escape.
